CAN’T LOG-ON TO YOUR LEARNER LOG ACCOUNT ??
It is your responsibility to remember your log on name and your password – keep the email address containing that information in your email account, store it in your phone, in a document on your USB key or somewhere on your hard-drive, or write it down and keep it n a safe place.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU LOSE OR FORGET YOUR PASSWORD !
If you have genuinely lost or forgotten your password then click on the “lost your password’ link as shown below and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to get a new password – once you receive it go into the “options” menu on your dashboard and change the password to something you WILL remember.
Don’t be cutesy and smart about it or you will trip yourself up. Choose a password that is obvious to you. And not to others !!! Under no circumstances are you to start a new Blog !!
Students who repeatedly forget their passwords either for the school intranet logonor the blog logon will have to complete their work in their journals or english workbooks
