Comments are a great way to give feedback to people who have written in a blog. It lets people know their work is being read and if it has an impact on people who have read their writing.
We write for lots of different reasons
Writing comments
1) lets the writer know they have an audience.
2) encourages people to write more and better pieces
3) helps people to think more deeply about and issue
Remember that a blog is not a “messenger/ICQ programme” and they are not for “live chat” or personal correspondence like in a letter or email so make sure that you are appropriate with language and constructive in your comments.
